The OECD Recommendations on Public Service Leadership and Capability Gender Equality in Life underscore the need to build diverse workforces ensure equal opportunities for under-represented groups. Equal representation of women men public sector is a key indicator progress towards diversity gender equality, needed if policies services are adequately reflect interests all members society.
